Update 2: 7/28/2005 We are scheduled for August 10th to have our initial consult with the surgeon who will perform the surgery. Also found out the procedure she needs is called 'laryngeal tie back procedure'. Which you can Goggle for better information than my attempt to describe it in the story above hehe.
